La Calma is a compact, specialist team — and that is deliberate. Two professionals with complementary skill sets across project management, quantity surveying, ISO systems, draughting, and multi-disciplinary administration means every engagement gets direct senior attention, not delegation.

Tsholofelo leads La Calma's operational direction and is the primary lead on both ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management systems. Her professional background is deliberately broad — spanning project management on live infrastructure projects, structural draughting in industrial environments, and ISO documentation development. This range across disciplines is a core strength: she understands construction projects from multiple vantage points simultaneously, which makes every document she produces grounded in practical site reality rather than theory.
